Hicks then present reade tlie act of Assembly showing that y" mony ought to be issued by a Joynt Consent of Uestry men and Justisis for the End and purpost^ spesifid in tlie act and no othe^: Notwithstanding tlio Justisis refused to repay the mony tho they ownd J ust.
