Your Petitioners therefore most humbly Pray that. your Excellency will be favourably pleased to issue your writ enabling the Freeholders and Inhabitants of the said County to Elect and choose two representatives for the said County to serve in General] Assembly returnable at the meeting of the said General Assembly on the fifth Day of January next.
