Matthew Boucheine, a soldier, being legally summoned to Court, to whom the preceding, his declaration, dated ll"" June, A" 1654, is distinctly read, word for word, and being, on the requisition of the Fiscal asked, if the aforesaid, his deposition, be true and certain in all its parts, and if he be ready with a good conscience to confirm it by oath?
