Humfrey to the Court and requesting to know their Opinion on the Matter they were of Opinion that he should be absolutely discharged ordered therefore that the said Job Wright be permitted to go at large Received a Letter from Col' Robert Van Renselaer informing us that John Lendertse Van Idoesen and his Son jacob Van Idoesen had been apprehended on Suspicion of having been concerned in the Robbery of Henry Van Renselaer and that he sent them to us under Guard ordered that the Treasurer pay the Guard £3 „ -- for their Trouble

Ordered that a Mittimus be made out to the Sheriff to 1778 May 5. take the said John Lendertse Van Hoesen & Jacob Van Hoesen and closely confine them Ordered that a Mittimus be made out to the Sheriff to take into his Custody Emmerigh Plass Michael Plass John Dorn and John George Emmerigh and closely confine him [sic] -- Adjourned till 9 OClock to Morrow Morning
