shom Motts Company of Artillery -- Ordered that he be closely confined and that a Mittimus be made out to the Goaler safely to keep him -- John M' Dole of Saragtoga District who was confined for going to the Enemy last summer was brought before the Board and we having examined him have thought proper to eliberate him on his entering into Recognizance for good Behaviour and Monthly Appearance, his first Appearance to commence with the last Day of July now next ensuing
