Nicholas Stevens appeared before the Board and prayed that he might be permitted to go to Canada and offered to Swear that he would not by any means in his power endeavour up the Indians against the United States of to stir or set America nor that he himself would take a part against the same, which he accordingly did Ordered therefore that his request be granted Received a Letter from Leon d Gansevoort Jun?
