The Board having been informed that Tom the Negro Man of Henry Hogan who was by the Committee of the City and County of Albany confined for seducing a Number of Negroes to join the Enemy and was some time since on Account of his Indisposition released from Confinement is endeavouring to Stir up the minds of the Negroes against their among them Re- Masters and raising Insurrections solved in Consequence thereof that a warrant be made out for the Apprehension of the said Negroe Man Tom and that the Goaler be ordered to take him into his Custody --
