Jotham Bemus of Stillwater in £500 Ebenezer Marvin of the same place his Bail in £500 [10] Resolved that Citations be made out and sent to Frederick Berringer, Christian Cooper, Peter Scherp, John Kelly, Johannis Ostrander, Philip Herreway, and Jurie Emmerigh commanding them to appear before this Board th on the 8 Instant to give their Testimony against John M. An Account was laid before the Board by Major Isaac Goes of Necessaries provided by him for the Party of Men who apprehended Neal Taylor amounting to $£ resolved that the same be paid. It was also resolved that the Secretary pay to Isaac D.
Fonda Esq- one of the Members of this Board the sum of £100. in Part Payment for his wages as Commissioner for Conspiracies. A Letter from John Kortz Jun- dated 21- December last was laid before the Board which Letter is in the words following (to wit) (see Letter on File) Fonda's full bill for services, between April 13, 1778, and April 29, 1783, amounting to .£467 u 19s. u 6d., is in Revolutionary Manuscripts, vol. 40, p. 160, State Comptroller's office.
