October 19th Benjamin Weeks of the same place (Somers), on the road to New Castle corner, aged 76. "My brother Abraham recollects more than I - I agree with him in the above statement, except that I think in the surprise of the American scout at Dicken- -sons, Lieut. James Kipp, and not Capt. Sam (Kipp) commanded the Refugees."
