- ◆ Village Engineer Vincent Salanitro reported that the current Zoning Code amendments clarify definitions to make the code easier to understand and administer.
- ◆ Village Manager Bryan Healy added that the changes address inconsistencies throughout the code.
- ◆ It was noted that under New York State law, any change to the Zoning Code requires an LWRP consistency opinion.
