  • **Share the Road Signage:** Chair Arnold and the committee discussed proposed locations on Maple Ave that were shared with the Village Manager following the October meeting.
  • **Project MOVER Updates:** The e-bike program was the top municipality and top hub in October. The system will enter "hibernation" starting December 19th, with a presumed reopening in the first week of April. Management is eager to expand hubs, with prime candidates identified as Sinasqua and N. Riverside (near the footbridge), and a potential third/fourth location in the northern village near Food Town. The committee proposed organizing a group ride to Croton Point to celebrate the April reopening. Currently, 369 vouchers remain for the program, with 10% of users being Croton-based.
  • **Slow Down Croton:** The committee discussed ideas to further expand the awareness campaign, scheduling further brainstorming for the January agenda.
  • **School District Events:** BOE liaison Anamika messaged the committee regarding a proposed "Walk, Ride, and Roll to School" day in Spring 2026 for CET and PVC, as well as a CET Bike Rodeo. The committee set an action item to follow up with Anamika and add this to the January agenda.

The Bicycle and Pedestrian Committee voted to cancel its December meeting and approved October minutes, while receiving updates that Project MOVER will enter "hibernation" on December 19th with 369 vouchers remaining. The committee also discussed expanding bike-share hubs to Sinasqua and N. Riverside, and planning a Spring 2026 "Walk, Ride, and Roll to School" day with the school district.
