Patrol responded to a residence on Half Moon Bay Drive after a caller reported that, even though her upstairs neighbor has moved, he has returned to the upstairs apartment and turned on a buzzing device. Patrol reported not hearing any buzzing noises from inside the caller's apartment during the close to 40 minutes on scene. Caller was advised there is no further action from the PD at this time.

A Lounsbury Road resident reported he was notified by a bank representative regarding a delinquent loan payment. While on the phone he discovered an unknown person(s) did take out a loan in his name. He then went to Experian and discovered a loan in the amount of $21,000 in his name. At this time the caller has not had any financial loss. Report to be filed.
