Caller reported being possibly scammed out of $10,000. Patrol reported the caller had not confirmed if the money was taken out of the bank account, but was concerned when he saw additional money owed via notice by mail from the IRS. Patrol assisted caller in calling their accountant's office to confirm. Accountant was on vacation and will return call when he returns.

Caller stated that her neighbors that share a common bathroom didn't clean the water on the floor and her son fell. Patrol dispatched. Caller refused medical attention for her son. Patrol tried to mediate the situation and further explain that it is a civil matter about which she should speak to her landlord.

Caller reported being scammed out of $1,300 via Ebay transaction. Caller sold a laptop and after he shipped it, the buyer rescinded the payment and kept the laptop. Caller was transferred to the detective division, who advised him that it is a civil matter.
