The caller stated it appears they are driving across their property to the gate to enter the bordering property. The person stated that they have a warrant for their arrest in Texas. Caller did not give any other identifying information and realized it might be a scam. Approximately 30 minutes in the past, he drove by and observed a male come out from under the fence and run up Brook Street. Caller is concerned because it is not safe.
