Patrol was notified by a Croton resident on Old Post Road S who reported they discovered multiple personal account(s) including a bank account were accessed by an unknown person(s). They did not give anyone permission to access the account(s). They contacted the bank and froze the account. The caller was referred to another agency for a continued investigation. A report to be filed.

Patrol responded to an area on Quaker Bridge Rd for a report of a party on top of the Quaker Bridge. Caller reported the party climbed back down the bridge and said, he was ok just taking a look and got into a vehicle and left the area. Patrols checked the area with negative results.

Patrol responded to an area on Route 9 North for a report of a party walking on the highway. The party was located and given a courtesy transport of the highway and called a livery service.

Patrol responded to an area on Ridge Rd for a report of a suspicious incident where a party exited a house on Ridge Rd with tools in their hands, got into a vehicle and drove down the dead end of Elmore Ave and possibly put construction debris in a resident's garbage cans. Caller saw the vehicle pull over and open the trunk. They did not see exactly what the party did but believe they are driving around using other people's trash cans. Patrol checked the garbage cans and it appeared to be household garbage not construction debris. The area was checked with negative results.

Patrol responded to an area on Truesdale Dr(Silver Lake Park) for a noise complaint of people possibly in the park. The location was checked and there were teenagers who had fled the scene on foot. There were remnants of alcoholic beverages left at the scene and no apparent damage to any property.

Patrols responded to an area on Alexander Ln for a noise complaint of people being loud. The location was checked and found two juveniles walking home.

Patrol responded to an area on S Riverside Ave(ShopRite Plaza) for a report of an elderly party driving a vehicle around the parking lot. The area was checked with negative results.

Patrols responded to an area on Old Post Road S(Croton HS) for an altercation between two election poll workers. The parties were interviewed and the election staff will be handling placement for the parties for the day. It was a verbal argument and no report to be filed.

Patrol was notified by an Ossining resident that last night their vehicle was parked in the Half Moon Bay Complex. They left the complex and discovered their I-phone 10 was missing from the vehicle console where it had been placed when the vehicle was parked earlier at Half Moon Bay. They indicated that some unknown person(s) attempted to change the Apple ID. There was no report completed at this time.

Patrol was notified by a Croton resident on Wells Ave who reported they had received a telephone call from someone identifying as a Con Edison employee and they were going to shut off their power. When the resident asked how much was owed the alleged employee would not say. The phone number on the caller ID was a 914-271-#### which was called and a resident answered the phone. There has been no financial loss to the resident and no report filed.

Patrol responded to an area on Cleveland Dr for a utility wire down on the ground. The low voltage wire which was attached to a residence was moved out of the way for traffic.

Croton EMS and Patrol responded to an area on Mount Airy Rd for a Croton resident who had fallen to the floor and cannot get up. The resident who had fallen on the floor was assisted and was not transported to the hospital.

Patrol came upon a vehicle stopped at a green traffic light in the opposite lane of traffic with the operator sleeping at the wheel. After the investigation a 47 year old Croton, NY resident, was taken into custody for Vehicle and Traffic Law; Driving While Intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance.
