Week of 2025-02-07 to 2025-02-13

Caller reported a dog that was left outside and has been barking for hours. Caller does not know the address but thinks the noise is coming from somewhere south of his residence. Patrol dispatched. Patrol spoke to the caller and found the dog was inside of the caller's residence and belonged to the upstairs landlord.

Caller reported an erratic vehicle at the listed location. Patrol was dispatched and reported the vehicle was gone on arrival. D ate/Time: 2/7/25 3:44pm Location: Route 9 South Call Type: Pursuit Narrative: Detectives located a vehicle that had previously fled from Peekskill PD on Route 9 South. They attempted to stop the vehicle which resulted in the vehicle fleeing through North Riverside Ave. Additional units responded, pursuit was terminated for safety. The vehicle was later stopped by NYSP and WCPD and the operator was placed under arrest for stealing a significant amount of over the counter medications.

Patrol reported stopping a vehicle at the listed location for VTL violations. The operator was arrested for operating with a revoked license, processed roadside, and the vehicle was released to the owner.

Alarm company reported burglary alarm activation at the front door. Patrols dispatched. Alarm company called back to request cancel, and patrols advised to cancel response.

Caller reported being scammed for money over the phone. All information was taken for a report, and the investigation is pending.

Caller stated he's having a dispute with someone over parking in his space. Patrol dispatched and reported the situation corrected.

Caller stated there is a male outside operating a leaf blower. Patrol dispatched and stated male shut off blower.

Yorktown PD reported they towed a vehicle at Rt.129 and Underhill Ave. YPD reported the vehicle appeared to be involved in an accident and was left unoccupied at location. Patrol dispatched to the registered owner's address for a welfare check. Patrol contacted the vehicle owner/operator who stated he slid off the roadway due to the icy road conditions. Yorktown PD notified of the situation.

Caller reported a car running from the inside of a garage from one of her neighbors’ home. Patrol dispatched. Patrol reports condition corrected prior to arrival.

Multiple callers reported a one car accident at the listed location. Patrol dispatched along with EMS. The operator was transported to the hospital, and all information was taken for a report.

Caller reported a two-car accident at the listed location. Patrol dispatched and reported all parties refused medical attention. All information taken for a report.

Caller reported stop sign in the area of listed location had been knocked down. Patrol dispatched. Stop sign picked up and placed back in the correct spot.

Caller requested assistance pulling her vehicle out of her parking spot, someone parked too close to her. Patrol dispatched and were able to assist.

Caller reported a two-car accident at the listed location. Patrol dispatched and gathered all information for a report.

Caller reported an erratic driver at the listed location. Patrol dispatched and located the vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and the operator was issued a warning.

Caller reported that her elderly neighbor was outside and seemed distraught. Patrol dispatched and was able to assist the female and contacted a family member.

Caller reported her neighbor was recording her from inside her car while throwing out the trash. Caller reported a minor verbal altercation and wanted the incident documented.

Alarm company reported a smoke detector activation. Patrol dispatched along with FD and reported the alarm was set off in error by a worker.

Caller requested assistance with a vehicle lockout. Patrol dispatched and gained entry to the vehicle.
