Caller reported encountering a suspicious male on top of the Croton Dam acting strange. Caller stated she was unsure if the male was suicidal and attempting to jump from the dam. Caller stated she had tried to approach the male and talk to him, but there was a language barrier. Call was transferred to WCPD. Patrol unit was dispatched to the location to assist WCPD. Patrol reported checking the location and finding no suspicious activity or male located. Turned over to WCPD.

Operator from MTA police requested assistance at the train station for a past assault. Caller stated a male between the age of 34-40 had struck another passenger with a lacrosse stick. Canvass yielded negative results.

Caller stated while walking in front of the listed address a dog had come up to the fence and barked at him. Caller stated that the property was fenced in and the dog had not left the property. Caller was advised that there was nothing that could be done as the dog was in a fenced-in area on its own property. Caller was not satisfied with this answer and stated something should be done about this. Patrol drove past the location and confirmed that the dog was on its property and there was a fence. Nothing further.
