911 caller requested to be self-deported. Caller was advised that she called an emergency number and to call the federal government if she wishes to do so. Upon speaking further with the caller, it appeared they were highly intoxicated and had a verbal dispute. Patrol was dispatched and reported verbal dispute only.

Caller reported there was a dead eagle on top of the solar panels at the train station. Caller reported that they were able to see the bird from the main terminal. Patrol was able to have the drone assist and identified that the bird was a Canada goose and NYSDEC was notified.

911 caller reported he was almost punched. Patrol was dispatched and reported the dispute was only verbal. All information was taken for blotter purposes.

Caller reported a down wire on Lower North Highland Place. Patrol was dispatched and reported the down telephone wire was attached to a home, lying flat on the ground and going across the street to a telephone pole. Patrol knocked on the door but no one was home. Patrol put caution tape on the wire and reported it was not impeding traffic.

Caller reported she found a car bumper on her property and damage to her garbage cans. Patrol responded and took all information for a report.
Stolen Vehicle

Enterprise reported that an individual did not return a rental vehicle and was unable to contact the renter. The vehicle was later stopped by State Police in Ardsley. Detectives responded to the location and took custody of a 42-year-old Ossining resident. He was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle in the 3rd Degree, processed, and released on his own recognizance.

Caller stated he parked his car in front of his house, with no other vehicle on scene. When he came out to his car, he noticed that it had been hit. Patrol was dispatched and confirmed the same. Information was collected for a report.

Patrol reported stopping a vehicle for VTL violations. Further investigation showed that the vehicle’s registration was suspended. The operator, a 46-year-old Carmel resident, was placed under arrest and processed roadside.

Caller stated there was a male in the cul-de-sac who was acting strange. Caller stated he was not making any sense when he spoke. Patrol was dispatched and reported he was visiting someone on the block.

Caller stated someone tried to climb into his window. Patrols were dispatched and reported the male may have been hallucinating. Patrols reported they spoke to the owner of the home, who stated no one tried to break into the home and their tenant was mistaken.

Caller stated his motorcycle fell down and he needs help picking it up. Patrol was dispatched to check what assistance was needed. Patrol reported motorcycle was upright upon arrival and off the roadway. Motorist declined further assistance.
