Party came into headquarters to report finding a ticket that had a QR code on it on her windshield while parked at the train station. Ticket appeared to be for a rental car. Party was advised it was not issued by the Village and not to scan the QR Code.

Caller reported being in a minor motor vehicle accident. Patrol was dispatched and no injuries were reported on the scene. Report was filed.

Caller stated there was a person slumped over the wheel in a minivan in the parking lot. Patrols were dispatched and the male stated he was just resting.

Civilian in HQ reported that she was locked outside of her home. Patrol was unable to access the home and advised her to contact a locksmith.
Accident
3/20/2026 4:10pm · Route 9 North
Ossining PD called reporting a one car accident on Route 9 north of Croton Point Avenue. Patrol was dispatched to the area. Witness said the operator crashed into the guide rail in Ossining on 9A north before the bridge. She pulled over to help him and believes he fled the area. OPD located the car in their jurisdiction. Report taken by Ossining PD.

3/21/2026 8:11am · Half Moon Bay Drive
Caller stated he is the security guard at Half Moon Bay. He stated an elderly white man, wearing a high visual vest, pulled up to the gate in pickup truck and stated he wanted to come inside to cause trouble for a resident. Caller stated when he told the man he would not let him in, the man got irate and said he would go in the back way. Caller stated the man then drove down Elliott Way. Patrols were dispatched and the man stated he was protesting and was leaving the area.

Caller reported theft of used cooking oil. Patrols were dispatched and reported the seal was broken but unknown if any product was missing. Information was taken for a report.
