Caller reported a two-car accident on Grand Street. Patrol was dispatched and took all information for a report. No injuries were reported on the scene.

A civilian at headquarters reported that an individual was recording video of his parked vehicle and opened the unlocked door to film the interior. The person recording didn't have permission to open the door. Nothing was taken or damaged.

Patrol reported stopping a vehicle for VTL violations. The operator, a 34-year-old Ossining resident, held a suspended driver’s license. He was processed roadside and released on his own recognizance.
Property Found

A civilian arrived at police headquarters and turned in 3 phones that she found on the side of the road in the area of Gouveia Park. The owner was notified and responded to police HQ to retrieve his property.
Welfare Check

Caller reported he heard a possible verbal dispute between a male and female while he was walking home. He heard possibly a recycling bin being thrown north of the Hudson Bakery oven. Patrol checked the area and the two parties were unable to be located.
Suspicious Incident
3/27/2026 6:41pm · Half Moon Bay Drive
Caller reported that, while exiting the rear entrance of Half Moon Bay, he observed an unknown male standing outside a blue pickup truck attempting to light an object on fire on the ground. Patrol was dispatched. The party was located and said he was burning an article of clothing from his girlfriend that passed away. He said it is good for her spirits. The clothing was not on fire upon arrival and patrol had him clean the items up and leave the area.
Disorderly Person

911 caller stated their son was intoxicated and may need to go to the hospital. Patrols were dispatched and reported detaining the individual in the rear of a patrol car for his safety as he was acting erratic. The patient was transported to Phelps Hospital without incident.

Patrol stopped a vehicle for VTL violations. The operator, a 19-year-old Croton resident, had a suspended driver’s license. Patrol issued multiple summonses and the operator was processed roadside.
