State Police reported a male called 911 approximately 20 times but they were unable to ascertain what was happening. State Police reported the possible address as a home on Grand Street. Patrol was dispatched and reported no one called 911 at that location. All was in order.

Patrol reported stopping a vehicle for VTL violations. The operator, a 27-year-old Croton resident, held a suspended NYS driver’s license. He was placed under arrest and processed roadside.

Caller reported debris in the roadway on Route 9 South near Croton Point Avenue. Patrol was dispatched and removed the debris.

Caller reported a male neighbor was banging and yelling at their front door for approximately 15 minutes. The male, later identified as a 24-year-old Croton resident, kicked the caller’s vehicle repeatedly. The next day, he was placed under arrest, charged with Attempted Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, and released on his own recognizance.

Call from State Police reported a minor accident in the parking lot. Patrol was dispatched and reported canvassing the area with negative results. On a call back, the caller stated that he no longer needed police assistance. Patrol was advised.
Unsecure Building

Caller stated there was an open door. Building is new construction with no one living there. Patrol spoke to the owner of the building who requested patrol to check it out and lock the door if possible. Patrol was dispatched and reported all in order and building was locked.
Suspicious Incident

Caller stated there were about 15 youths standing in the street near her house. Caller further stated she was worried due to a past incident of rock throwing at her house. Patrol was dispatched and reported the youths were walking down Maple Street and did not cause a problem.
Utilities Problem

911 caller stated the wires across the street from his house were on fire. Caller was transferred to 60 Control who dispatched the fire department. Fire department notified Con Ed. Fire department reported a transformer exploded and there were no wires to houses actively on fire. Patrols were advised to avoid the area unless needed.
