On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with
a - vote.
Resolution #204-2026
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees are desirous of creating the position of
Assistant Village Manager; and
WHEREAS, Local Law Introductory No. 15 of 2026 has been drafted for such
purposes,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
calls for a Public Hearing on September 16, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Georgianna Grant
Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building to consider Local
Law Introductory No. 15 of 2026 to amend Chapter 31, Manager, Village, of the
Village Code to create the position of Assistant Village Manager.
