On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #238-2026
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson is authorized, pursuant to New York
Village Law § 1-102, to acquire real property by gift, grant, bequest or any other
lawful method; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Cortlandt desires to convey the parcel at 21 Cook Lane to
the Village of Croton-on-Hudson,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees do
hereby accept the parcel at 21 Cook Lane from the Town of Cortlandt;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is authorized to
execute such documents as may be necessary to give effect to this resolution.
