All of the bid proposals received have been checked for mathematical accuracy and the totals shown on the spreadsheet represent correct amounts. The low bidder is Peter J. Landi, Inc. This contractor has provided references and projects of a similar scope. We recommend the Village award the bid to Peter J. Landi, Inc. at the next board meeting, for the amount of $345,093.40 (there was a math error in the tabulation). In addition, as per the latest ‘NYSDOL List of Employers Ineligible to Bid on or Awarded any Public Work Contract’, this Contractor is eligible for award. Please note that the Village attorney must perform the due diligence to verify the bid. Please notify me once the bid has been awarded so that we can schedule a pre-construction conference.
