On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
Resolution #234-2025
WHEREAS, the Village is undertaking a renovation of the Dobbs Park playground and
basketball court; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson solicited sealed bids for this work under
Bid No. 12-2025; and
WHEREAS, four bids were submitted by the deadline of September 11, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bid received was from Peter J. Landi Inc., of
Hawthorne, New York, in the amount of $345,093.40; and
WHEREAS, Westchester County, which is partially funding this project, has submitted
a memo analyzing the bid results and confirmed the low bidder,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized
to award Bid No. 12-2025 to Peter J. Landi Inc., of Hawthorne, New York, in the amount
of $345,093.40; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that funding for this project has been allocated in capital
account H7110.2103.26539.
