, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote: Resolution #246-2026 WHEREAS, the Village Board authorized the installation of the Harmonic Landing sound art project at Croton Landing earlier this year; and WHEREAS, the project was designed by the late Bruce Odland, resident of Croton- on-Hudson, and installed for many years at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art; and WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works incurred costs related to the installation of electric conduit, concrete pads and various sound equipment; and WHEREAS, these costs were not included in the 2026-2027 General Fund budget, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes the Village Treasurer to make the following budget transfer in the 2026-2027 General Fund budget: A7110.4140 Parks & Playgrounds – Equip. & Grounds $5,262.46 A7110.4200 Parks & Playgrounds – Supplies $4,413 Decrease A1990.4000 Contingency $9,675.46 Dated: September 30, 2026
