On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #247-2026 WHEREAS, in July 2026, the Department of Public Works listed various materials and pieces of equipment for auction; and WHEREAS, on July 31, 2026, all bids for the auction were closed, resulting in a total bid amount of $20,306; and WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Public Works has requested that these funds be made available to purchase newer vehicles and equipment, aiding the fleet maintenance program by reducing future funding requests and enabling mid-fiscal year purchases, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized to make the following budget amendment to the 2026-2027 General Fund and Capital Fund budgets as follows: GENERAL FUND REVENUES Increase A1000.2665 Sales of Equipment $20,306 CAPITAL FUND EXPENSES Increase H5110.2010.27565 4x4 Pickup DPW $20,306 Dated: October 7, 2026
