On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York: Resolution #248-2025 WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson provides snow and ice removal services on certain New York State-owned roads in the Village, including Route 9A (North Riverside Avenue/Albany Post Road) and Route 129 (Maple Street); and WHEREAS, on February 26, 2025, the Village Board adopted Resolution 35-2025 to execute an agreement with the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) to cover the period beginning July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2029; and WHEREAS, a supplemental agreement for the 2025-2026 winter season has been provided to account for increased costs in labor, materials, and equipment, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to sign the Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the 2024-2029 Municipal Snow and Ice Agreement with the NYSDOT.
