RE: Village of Croton-on-Hudson: Engagement for Wireless Regulation Consulting
Services
Dear Bryan:
This letter details the terms of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York’s (“Village”)
engagement of the Cohen Law Group (“CLG”) for wireless facilities consulting services. The
scope of this engagement includes reviewing the Village’s draft wireless facilities local law
entitled “A Local Law Providing for the Regulation of Wireless Facilities in the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson” and assisting the Village with any other matters relating to the regulation of
wireless facilities to the extent requested by the Village.
We propose to perform these services on an hourly basis at an hourly rate of $350 per
hour. While we do not anticipate that travel will be necessary for this project, we bill travel time
at one-half our hourly rate or $175 per hour. We do not charge for mileage. Bills for work
performed under this engagement will be provided to the Village on a monthly basis, and we ask
that all bills be paid within thirty (30) days of receipt.
If the terms of this engagement are acceptable, please sign this letter and send or email a
copy back to me. Thank you for your consideration.
