On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ___, the following resolution
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New
York with the following vote: -.
Resolution #253-2025
WHEREAS, Chapter 206, Telecommunications Towers, of the Village Code was
adopted in 1998; and
WHEREAS, cellular technology has changed significantly over the past 27 years;
and
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees desires to adopt a revised
Telecommunications Chapter of the Village Code; and
WHEREAS, Cohen Law Group has provided a proposal in an amount not to exceed
$3,750 to assist the Village in reviewing a draft local law to replace Chapter 206 of
the Village Code,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
hereby accepts the proposal from Cohen Law Group of Pittsburgh, PA, in an
amount not to exceed $3,750,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized to sign the engagement letter with Cohen Law Group.
