Enclosed please find the resolution approved at the Village Board of Trustees Meeting on
September 24, 2025, referring the draft Local Law Introductory No. 14 of 2025, the EAF and the CAF
to permit the Village Board of Trustees to appoint an alternate member to the Planning Board and
Zoning Board of Appeals for the term of one official year.
As per the Village Code, please review the draft law and make a recommendation back to the
Village Board of Trustees.
