Westchester County is pleased to announce the affordable housing lotteries of 108 affordable ownership condominiums. These units are located in two newly-renovated all- affordable condominium buildings in the City of White Plains. Certain units are subject to preferences for households that are Hurricane Ida-affected. Affordable units are available by lottery to households earning at or below 100% of the area median income.
