On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
Resolution #287-2025
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
undertakes the following actions:
1. Accepting with regret the resignation of Christine Wagner from the Zoning
Board of Appeals effective December 31, 2025.
2. Filing for the record the annual report of the Police Advisory Committee.
3. Filing for the record the annual report of the HEART Committee.
4. Filing for the record the affordable housing lottery opportunities provided by
Westchester County Government.
