Specifically, the applicant has constructed new retaining walls and steps along the south side of the property (left side of house) and has enclosed the retaining wall on the north side of the property (right side of the house) resulting in deviations from the Minor Site Plan previously approved on 06-20-2023. While the north-side wall has been built closer to the property line than originally approved, it remains compliant with applicable zoning requirements. The Landscaping Plan approved on 06-20-2023 remains unchanged and in effect.
