RE:
DESIGN SERVICES HARMON FIREHOUSE ROOF REPLACEMENT
Dear Mr. Marsh
We are pleased to submit our firm’s background information and professional qualifications to provide
design services for the Village.
Fuller and D’Angelo has been providing design services to municipalities in Westchester County for over
50-years. The principals of our firm, second-generation architects, provide these services directly to all
our clients, on a personalized basis. The principals are supported by a skilled and experienced team, which
we are proposing for this project. Fuller and D’Angelo has completed a diverse range of projects over our
firm’s history, both large and small. These projects include new buildings, interior alterations, building
conversions, exterior envelope restorations, facilities planning and master planning all on a diverse range
of architectural styles and building vintages.
As a local firm of 15 employees with 4 registered architects, we take pride in every project we undertake.
This size allows us to work closely with our clients, providing direct principal leadership every step of the
way, while still having the overall manpower to meet the scheduling demands of any project.
We are committed to making certain that your goals and expectations are met through our expert
services and will strive at every level of our organization to do so. We are pleased to have been given this
opportunity and thank you in advance for your consideration.

INTRODUCTION
FIRM HISTORY
Joseph Fuller, AIA and Nicholas D’Angelo, FARA, CSI founded Fuller
and D’Angelo, PC, Architects and Planners in 1971. With hard work,
determination, and a desire to excel, these Principals grew a firm that
has become internationally known and locally respected. Today, the
second generation continues their philosophy that our reputation is
built on personal relationships, quality, and value in service.
Passion demands expression from an architect. Our architecture
happens as a result of that demand. F&D continues to spearhead
projects under the guidance of Joseph Fuller Jr., AIA., and John
D’Angelo, ARA. Our staff is comprised of Project Planners, Designers,
Architects, Draftsmen, CAD experts, Interior Designers, FFE experts
and various professional consultants. F&D is equipped to undertake
multiple projects with varying levels of complexity.
Our mission is to satisfy our client's objectives on time, accurately,
and within budget.
Although we are proud of our 55-year history in providing
traditional architectural services, we are committed to the future.
The future of educational architecture requires additional skill-sets,
not even contemplated in the buildings of 20 years ago. Architecture
now requires the adaptation of Information Technology into
virtually every design. Indeed, we live in the “Age of Technology” and
buildings now require more than electricity and plumbing, they
require fiber backbones, digital switching, network security
considerations and sustainable practices for healthy environments.
Fuller & D’Angelo works closely with its clients to develop
specifications and designs that will not only meet the needs of today,
but also provide integral flexibility for the technologies of tomorrow.
Our design methodology we employ allows us to work in both
conservative and cutting-edge environments. With consistent
participation by the project team, ideas are realistically explored
through what we call our “Cooperative Design Process.”
This iterative process takes a broad perspective review to design
solutions, and through supportive client participation and feedback
encapsulates them into a physical, modular architecture that will
further be rendered into a final design.
FULLER AND D'ANGELO P.C.
ARCHITECTS AND PLANNERS
We are sincerely interested in the success and satisfaction of our
clients.
The partners of Fuller and D’Angelo thank you in advance for your
consideration of our firm.
