On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:
Resolution #42-2026
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson recently solicited sealed bids for trade
labor services under Bid No. 22-2025; and
WHEREAS, this bid was broken down into the following categories, allowing vendors
to individually bid on the categories applicable to them: general construction, plumbing,
heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), masonry and roofing; and
WHEREAS, six bids were submitted by the deadline of January 22, 2026; and
WHEREAS, of the six bids received, two vendors submitted proposals for the masonry
portion of the bid; and
WHEREAS, the lowest bid received was from Construction Plus Services of Elmsford,
New York, in the amount of $35,731.20; and
WHEREAS, Frank Balbi, Superintendent of Public Works, has reviewed the bids and
recommends moving forward with this bidder,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized
to award Bid No. 22-2025 for trade labor services (masonry) to Construction Plus
Services, of Elmsford, New York, in the amount of $35,731.20.
