Bench Donation – Black Rock Park
I received a request from Capriccio Pizzeria & Restaurant to donate funds for the purchase of a bench
at Black Rock Park. In accordance with the adopted Gift & Donation Policy, the request was
forwarded to the Recreation Advisory Committee for their review and comment.
The Recreation Advisory Committee reviewed the request at their January 12, 2026, meeting and
gave their approval. Capriccio’s has sent in payment in the amount of $1,075.71, which is the total
cost of the bench being purchased.
I request that the Village Board approve the acceptance of this donation and authorize the placement
of the bench at Black Rock Park. Please let me know if you have any questions.
