To: From: Date: March 10, 2026 Re: Bleacher Donation – Dobbs Park I received a request from the Holy Name of Mary Knights of Columbus Council to donate funds for the purchase of bleachers at Dobbs Park. In accordance with the adopted Gift & Donation Policy, the request was forwarded to the Recreation Advisory Committee for their review and comment. The Recreation Advisory Committee reviewed the request at their March 9, 2026, meeting and gave their approval. The Knights of Columbus Council has sent in payment in the amount of $2,289.02, which is the total cost of the bleachers being purchased.
