An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
was held on February 18, 2026, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H.
Trustee Nachtaler was absent.
A motion to enter into an executive session to discuss information relating to current or future
investigation of a criminal offense was made by Trustee Simon. The motion was seconded by
Trustee Nicholson and approved with a 4-0 vote at 8:35 PM.
No formal action was taken during this session.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted 4-0 to adjourn
the executive session at 8:44 PM.
