Greetings,
Enclosed please find our application for a Planning Board Special Permit for Temple Israel of Northern Westchester,
located at 31 Glengary Road. Included is also an application for Wetiands Activity Permit. The proposed site plan
modifications will aid in tightening security protocols by providing new, small secure vestibules, and strengthen the
approach to the main entrance by providing a new canopy that compliments the existing canopy.
This submission includes nine (9) copies of the following in support of a Planning Board Special Permit for the
above referenced project. This material includes:
e Fee waiver request letter from Temple Israel of Northern Westchester
e =Existing Site Plan
e Proposed Site Plan
e Existing Building Floor Plan
e Proposed Floor Plan
e Existing Site/Building Photos .
e Exterior Elevations depicting scope of new exterior work to the existing building
This submission also includes (14) copies of the site plan in support of a Wetlands Activity Permit.
