To whom it may concern,
| am a neighbor of 1 Niles Road and wanted to give my opinion on the proposed garage door
that has been requested by the owner. | have no objection to the addition of a garage door. The
building is a commercial building and | feel that changing the size of the door in the front will
have absolutely no adverse impact. | believe it will make the building more symetrical and
improve the look of the_building.

| live at 320 Grand Street directly across the street from 1 Niles Road. | received a letter from
the village regarding the zoning board meeting about Amelia JT LLC and it’s request to adda
garage door. | have no objection to the applicant’s request to add a garage door. | feel the
current owner is a good steward of the property and have no complaints about the use of the
property.
