On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution 
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York, 
with a - vote. 
 
Resolution #244-2023 
 
WHEREAS, on December 18, 2017, the Village Board of Trustees authorized the 
Village Manager to execute a license agreement with Fratelli's Trattoria Inc. for 
the use of approximately 230 square feet of Village-owned property for the purpose 
of constructing a sunroom addition and maintaining and occupying portions of the 
existing deck, retaining wall and other improvements; and 
 
WHEREAS, the license agreement was granted for an initial term of five years and 
has expired; and 
 
WHEREAS, the annual license fee has been set at $25; and 
 
WHEREAS, Village Engineer Daniel O’Connor has reviewed the situation and 
determined that no changes are needed to the license agreement, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees 
authorizes the Village Manager to execute a license agreement with Fratelli' s Trattoria 
Inc. described at length above at an annual cost of $25 per year for the period of March 
15, 2023 through March 15, 2028.
