State, Federal, FET or Local Taxes not included. This proposal is in compliance with HGAC Contract FS12-23 DO1 The said apparatus and equipment are to be built and shipped in accordance with the contractor's specifications hereto attached. Delays due to strikes, war or international conflict, failures to obtain materials, or other causes beyond our control not preventing, delivery of said apparatus and equipment shall be made to you at the above address within approximately One Thousand Six Hundred (1,600) calendar days after receiving the signed approval drawings and the acceptance C thereof at our office in Clintonville, Wisconsin.
