On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with the following vote: Resolution #24-2024 WHEREAS, the Village has purchased a new Fire Boat to replace the Fire Department’s Marine 12 vessel, which has been retired after 30 years of service; and WHEREAS, the Fire Boat was purchased off a GSA contract, which allowed the Village to receive competitive pricing without going to bid; and WHEREAS, continuing discussions with the manufacturer has led to Change Order 1 being drafted, with a change amount of $25,137.50; and WHEREAS, this change order will allow for a forward-looking infrared (FLIR) camera to be installed on the boat to search for potential victims in low light/dark situations, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes the Village Manager to sign Change Order 1 with Inventech Marine Solutions LLC, of Bremerton, WA, in the change amount of $25,137.50.
