Please be advised that Smoke Town Discount has implemented a policy prohibiting the 
public display of tobacco products, electronic cigarette advertisements and smoking paraphernalia at 
its location at 50 Maple Avenue, Croton. 
 
Further in compliance with NY State Public Health Law Section 1399-DD-1 and Village 
sign regulations, Section 230-44 (0) of the Village Code, the business owner shall approve every 
sign to be installed in the windows or door to be in compliance with State and Village code.
