Water Line Easement Village of Croton-on-Hudson Town of Cortlandt County of Westchester State of New York The water main the Village will own will be from the existing water main on Maple Street up to and including the two 4 inch valves after the fire hydrant and all pipe and appurtenances in between, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the westerly boundary line of New York State Route 129 (Maple Street), said point being S 5° 56' 22" W, 58.46 from its point of intersection with the division line between lands on the north now or formerly of Natarajan Velmani and lands on the south now or formerly of 41-51 Maple Housing Development Fund Corp.; thence proceeding southerly S 5° 56' 22" W along said boundary line, 30.00 feet to a point; thence through the lands now or formerly of 41-51 Maple Housing Development Fund Corp. the following five (5) courses and distances: 1. N 84° 03' 38" W, 82.60 feet to a point, 2. S 5° 56' 22" W, 45.00 feet to a point, 3. N 84° 03' 38" W, 30.00 feet to a point, 4. N 5° 56' 22" E, 75.00 feet to a point, and 5. S 84° 03' 38" E, 112.60 feet to the point of beginning.
