DATE: August 21st, 2024 At its regularly scheduled meetings on January 16th, 2024, and March 5", 2024, and August 20", 2024, the Planning Board of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson reviewed the referral from the Village Board of Trustees regarding an application from ShopRite Supermarkets, Inc. to renew their special permit to operate a retail store at 440 South Riverside Avenue (79.17-2-2). On August 20", 2024, the Planning Board reviewed a copy of a maintenance agreement between Croton Enterprises, LLC with an address at c/o Newmark, 120 White Plains Road, Suite 120, Tarrytown, NY 10591 (“Owner”) and the Village of Croton-on-Hudson and found it acceptable. The Planning Board voted unanimously to make a recommendation to approve the application to renew the special permit for ShopRite Supermarkets for an additional five years.
