Reason for appeal!
Building Permit was issued based on ¢ survey which showea
sufficient setbacks. Due to an error, the building was erected
with one corner approximately 44" too close to the curved property
line on Clevelend Drive. Because of the fact thet this property
line is curved and is not parallel to the sidewalk or curb line
it was practically impossible to check the setbéck before and
during construction. aA variance of 44" is requested at this corner.
