Thanks to Ron for communicating that we should halt construction on this shed and apply for a variance, so that we do not receive a fine. We propose moving the shed to the area by our patio (see previous pic). The wood boards are rotten and chair legs have gone through them on several occasions. We would like to excavate the earth under the deck to create a shaded area (there is very little tree coverage and shade on our property).
