Repairs: Our labor rate is $130.00 per hour for all service calls during our regular business hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday, Our overtime/emergency labor rates are $195.00 per hour. Our telephone service utilizes an automated attendant to direct all after hour calls to our technician on call via the emergency line. Should the first attempt go unanswered, the system will continue to rotate through the list of technicians until the call is sufficiently answered. All municipalities are provided with the cell phone numbers of our lead technicians for after hours troubleshooting and diagnostics.
